History
The Plymouth County
Teachers Federal Credit Union was established in 1962 by a group of teachers.
It began its operation out of the Treasurer's home, later a storeroom
in a school, then once again in home of the prevailing Treasurer and at
present occupies a building at 2203 Cranberry Highway in West Wareham.
In forty years the Credit Union has grown in assets by $34,000,000.
It started with Share Accounts and Loans and has grown to offer almost
any financial service members may need. We have tried our best to live
up to our Mission Statement.
Our Mission Statement
is as follows:
"The Plymouth County Teachers
Federal Credit Union was established to provide the best possible financial
services to meet members' needs."
